Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Fairbanks Fiber Festival, happening October 10-12, 2025 at the Pioneer Park Centennial Center!

Please note: We expect to receive more applications then we have spaces for. Once the application deadline has passed, we will review all applications and choose a selection of vendors that represent a wide range of fiber arts.
Important Dates:

If selected, vendor fees are due by: July 15, 2025
Vendor Fees:
Vendor and Educational Booths include a 12' x 10' space, with 2 tables and 2 chairs provided.

Vendor Booth - $200*

Educational Booth (no sales) - Free
*Pay What You Can discounts will be available, if needed.
Booth Sharing:
If you would like to share a booth space with one other vendor, please note that in your application.

Each vendor must submit their own individual application

Booth fees for vendors sharing a space are $125 per vendor
